These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DukaPro website, desktop and mobile apps, and cloud services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the security of your credentials.
2. Subscription & billing
- Monthly and yearly plans, billed in advance.
- You may cancel any time. Access continues to the end of the billing period.
- Late payments over 14 days may result in a paused account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, to reverse-engineer it, or to use it for unlawful purposes.
4. Uptime & support
We target 99.9% uptime. Enterprise plans include a written SLA with service credits for missed targets.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DukaPro's liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nairobi.
