We want you to love DukaPro. If we're not the right fit, here's how refunds work.
1. 14-day free trial
Every new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is charged during that time.
2. First 30 days
If you cancel within 30 days of your first paid month and you're unhappy, we'll refund that month in full. Contact billing@dukapro.co.ke.
3. Yearly plans
If you cancel a yearly plan mid-term, we refund the unused whole months at your monthly rate.
4. What's not refundable
- Custom onboarding, training, or integration services.
- Hardware purchased through DukaPro.
- Third-party fees (payment processing, SMS credits).
5. How to request a refund
Email billing@dukapro.co.ke with your business name and reason. Most refunds are processed within 5 working days.
