DukaPro Technologies Ltd ("DukaPro", "we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

- Account information: name, email, phone, business details.
- Business data: products, sales, purchases, expenses, customers.
- Device data: OS, IP address, crash logs (for reliability).
- Payment data: handled by PCI-DSS certified partners; we never store card numbers.
2. Why we collect it
- To provide the DukaPro service you signed up for.
- To back up your data and enable multi-device sync.
- To improve reliability and troubleshoot issues.
- To send transactional emails and important product updates.
3. Your control
You can export all your data at any time, ask us to delete it, or move it to another provider. Contact dpo@dukapro.co.ke to make a request.
4. Where your data lives
Primary storage is in an ISO-27001 certified data centre with a Kenyan presence. Encrypted backups are kept off-site for disaster recovery.
5. Data sharing
We never sell your data. We share it with payment processors, MNOs, and similar service providers strictly to deliver features you have opted into (e.g. M-Pesa payments).
